We process orders within 2 - 5 business days.
Delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1 - 3 business days
- Europe: 3 - 12 business days
- International: 5 - 18 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that delays may occur due to postal services or customs, which are beyond our control.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Order Pick Up
You can choose to pick up your order instead of having it shipped.
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2–4 business days. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a pickup at a public location in The Hague city center.
The exact meeting location and time will be agreed upon together.
* Please do not visit our registered business address, as pick ups are arranged by appointment only.
